House Rules

Karisma is a residential pool-villa compound shared with our family home and a small number of other guest villas. The rules below keep it the way returning guests love it — quiet, safe, private, well looked after.

  1. Check-in is from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival, and check-out is no later than 11:00 AM on the day of departure. Late check-out between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM is charged at 2,000 baht per hour; check-out after 1:00 PM is charged at the full nightly rate.
  2. From 10:00 PM, please keep noise to a minimum out of consideration for other guests in the compound. Disputes inside the resort are not tolerated, and unduly intoxicated guests will be refused entry to the villa.
  3. Any activity that breaks Thai law or public morals — drugs, gambling, prostitution, etc. — is strictly prohibited.
  4. Pets, flammable materials, dangerous goods, illegal substances of any kind, and strongly-smelling items (such as durian) are not permitted in the villa or anywhere else inside the compound.
  5. Bringing food, soap, shampoo or drinks into the pool is prohibited. A fine of 10,000 baht applies if found.
  6. Unregistered overnight guests are not allowed. A fine of 4,000 baht per person applies if found.
  7. Please look after your own belongings. The resort is not responsible for any loss.
  8. Parking is provided as a courtesy; the resort is not responsible for vehicles or items left inside them.
  9. Please keep the villa clean during your stay. Any damage to or loss of resort property will be charged at replacement cost.
  10. Smoking is not permitted inside the villa or anywhere else inside the building. Smoking is allowed only in the designated outdoor areas. A fine of 3,000 baht applies if found.
  11. Grilling and barbecue must be done only in the area provided by the resort, using the resort's equipment.

  2. หลัง 22.00 น. งดส่งเสียงดัง หรือทำสิ่งที่เป็นการรำคาญรบกวนผู้อื่น ห้ามทะเลาะวิวาทภายในรีสอร์ท และห้ามลูกค้าที่เมาสุราเกินกว่าปกติเข้าพักภายในรีสอร์ท
  3. ห้ามลูกค้ากระทำการใด ๆ ที่ผิดต่อกฎหมาย หรือจริยธรรม ประเวณี เช่น สิ่งเสพติด เล่นการพนัน ค้าประเวณี ฯลฯ
  4. ห้ามนำสัตว์เลี้ยง วัตถุไวไฟ วัตถุอันตราย สิ่งเสพติดผิดกฎหมายทุกชนิด สิ่งของมีกลิ่นรุนแรง เช่น ทุเรียน เข้ามาในห้องพักหรือในบริเวณอื่นของรีสอร์ท
  5. งดนำอาหาร สบู่ ยาสระผม เครื่องดื่มต่าง ๆ ลงไปในสระ หากพบเห็นปรับ 10,000 บาท
  6. ห้ามนำผู้ที่ไม่ได้ลงทะเบียนเข้าพัก เข้าพักด้วยในยามวิกาล หากพบเห็นรีสอร์ทปรับเพิ่ม 4,000 บาท/ท่าน
  7. ขอความกรุณาดูแลทรัพย์สินส่วนตัวของท่านเอง หากสูญหาย ทางรีสอร์ทจะไม่รับผิดชอบทุกกรณี
  8. ทางรีสอร์ทให้บริการสถานที่จอดรถ ไม่ได้รับผิดชอบต่อรถและสิ่งของภายในรถของท่าน
  9. โปรดรักษาความสะอาดภายในบ้านพัก ในกรณีที่ทรัพย์สินของทางรีสอร์ทเสียหายหรือสูญหาย ต้องชดเชยค่าเสียหายตามราคาทรัพย์สินนั้น ๆ
  10. ห้ามสูบบุหรี่ภายในห้องพักและสถานที่อื่นภายในอาคาร ยกเว้นภายนอกอาคารที่ทางรีสอร์ทจัดไว้ให้ หากฝ่าฝืนมีค่าปรับ 3,000 บาท
  11. การปิ้ง-ย่าง สามารถทำได้ในบริเวณที่ทางรีสอร์ทจัดเตรียมไว้ให้เท่านั้น โดยใช้อุปกรณ์การปิ้งย่างจากทางรีสอร์ทเท่านั้น
