This page sets out how Karisma Private Villa Pattaya ("we", "us", "our") handles personal information that guests share with us through this website, our enquiry form, and our direct booking process. By using the site or sending us an enquiry you accept the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

When you submit the enquiry form we receive the name, email address, phone number (if provided), preferred arrival and departure dates, villa preference, party size, and any message you write. We may also receive technical data your browser sends automatically (IP address, browser type, language).

2. How we use it

We use this information only to reply to your enquiry, send you a quote, manage your booking and stay, and follow up after your visit. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your explicit consent.

3. Third parties we rely on

• Formspree processes the contact form on our behalf and forwards it to our inbox. Their privacy policy: formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.
• Google Fonts serves the website typography. Google may log requests; their policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
• OTAs (Agoda, Airbnb, Booking.com, Trip.com, Expedia, etc.) — if you book through an OTA, that platform's privacy policy applies to your booking data, not ours.

4. Cookies and local storage

The site uses one piece of browser localStorage (karisma_lang) to remember your chosen language between pages. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.

5. Retention

We keep enquiry messages for as long as needed to handle your booking and for a reasonable period afterwards in case of follow-up. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing the address below.

6. Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and the EU GDPR (where applicable), you also have the right to data portability and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
